in C++ is possible to do:
if ( !(flag1 & flag2) ) ...
but in C# Script the operator '!' cannot be applied this form, need to translate to:
if ( (flag1 & flag2) == 0) ...
so, translation to C#:
C++ ... if ( !(flag1 & flag2) )
C# ... if ( (flag1 & flag2) == 0)
and
C++ ... if ( (flag1 & flag2) )
C# ... if ( (flag1 & flag2) != 0)
unfortunally to do it, C# is less intuitive....
